Mommy Loves - Meet Shara

Shara is a Mom to Maya, an almost 7 month old beautiful little girl. She told us that and even if she is a little biased, we think we agree! Shara is an elementary school teacher in Elizabeth, NJ. This summer she is a very lucky Mom because she gets to be home where she can spend her days with Maya and watch her grow.

Here are a few things that she is loving right now!
{1. Jell-O Mousse Temptations}
So I know how they say you are not supposed to snack past 8:00 at night. But sometimes I am watching my favorite TV show on dvr and I can't help but crave something sweet. I have always loved Jell-O Chocolate Pudding and discovered on a recent trip to Wegmans my new go-to nighttime treat...Jell-O Mousse Temptations. They come in 3 different flavors, my favorite is the Caramel Creme. They are totally delish and only 60 calories, so you don't have to feel guilty about snacking past 8!
{2. Exersaucer Switch-a-roos}
As many parents know the Exersaucer is a parents' best friend. (and the kids love it too!) But after a while, I noticed that my daughter became slightly disinterested in the toys that were on the Exersaucer. I thought wouldn't it be great if you could interchange the parts of the Exersaucer to change it up a bit for the kids? When I was at Babies R Us, I found the solution to this problem...Exersaucer Switch-a-roos. They are genius! All you have to do is take out an existing part to the Exersaucer and replace it with a new one. I outfitted my daughter's Exersaucer with all new toys and it is like a brand new discovery zone for her! Genius! Thank you Exersaucer! {3.Tori Spelling's Mommywood}
When I became a parent I thought I would have to give up my love for reading and now that my daughter is on more of a schedule I have found time to rediscover reading. A friend recommended Tori Spelling's Mommywood. I love Tori Spelling, was a 90210 junkie and religiously watch Tori and Dean when they are in season. I had read her first book StoriTelling a few years back and thought it was hysterical! It took me 2 days to read! I couldn't put it down! Now that I am a mom and think Tori is a hilarious mom I decided to take my friend up on her recommendation and read Mommywood. It is absolutely hysterical and Tori says what every mom is thinking. (Only she is a celebrity.) I highly recommend to all you moms out there to go the library or your local B&N and get this book. You will love it! {4. DC Cupcakes}
My sister and I always joke that we are going to one day leave our jobs and open a cupcake bakery and apparently 2 sisters in Washington DC, have not only beat us to it, but they now have their own TV show on TLC called DC Cupcakes. Having a cupcake and baking obsession, I love watching each week the story of the 2 sisters in Georgetown working together with the other quirky show characters including their mom to create amazing cupcakes and recipes. They are really funny and their cupcakes look amazing! DC Cupcakes is on TLC on Fridays at 10 p.m. Definitely dvr it...it's totally worth watching! {5.Gap 1969 Jeans}
After finally giving in to the fact that it was time to go back to regular jeans. (I loved my comfy preggo jeans but let's face it after a while they look ridiculous when you don't have a preggo belly to fill them anymore!) After weeks of being on a mission I found jeans that are amazing and fit great! The Gap's new 1969 Jean line is totally awesome. They come in a variety of styles and colors. They are ridiculously comfortable and very slimming too! The best part is they are very reasonably priced. Two pairs of jeans for $120 bucks=total score!
Would you or a mommy or daddy you know like to share what you're loving in a guest post? Let us know!
